By accessing our website or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms of Service.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Beans in a Bucket Living offers digital products, including digital greeting cards, personalized digital greeting cards, and digital wallpapers.

Digital products are delivered electronically. No physical product will be shipped unless a product listing specifically states otherwise.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make every effort to accurately display and describe our products, designs, pricing, and digital formats. We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to update product information when necessary.

PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS

For personalized digital products, customers are responsible for providing accurate names, titles, occasions, and other requested information.

Please carefully review all personalization information before submitting your order. Beans in a Bucket Living is not responsible for errors resulting from information submitted incorrectly by the customer.

Because personalized products are created specifically for the customer, cancellation or refund eligibility may be limited once customization has begun. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for additional information.

PERSONAL USE

Unless otherwise stated in the individual product listing, digital products purchased from Beans in a Bucket Living are intended for personal, non-commercial use.

Customers may print a purchased digital greeting card for personal use or share the completed card digitally with its intended recipient.

 

Customers may use purchased digital wallpapers on their personal devices. Digital wallpapers may not be resold, redistributed, shared as downloadable files, or used for commercial purposes.

Digital files, card designs, artwork, written messages, and other original content may not be resold, redistributed, reproduced for commercial purposes, uploaded for resale, or presented as the customer's own work.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All original designs, artwork, written content, branding, and other creative materials produced by Beans in a Bucket Living remain the intellectual property of Beans in a Bucket Living unless otherwise stated.

Purchase of a digital product grants the customer permission to use that product as described in these Terms. It does not transfer ownership of the underlying design, artwork, written content, or intellectual property.

ORDERS

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, payment issues, technical errors, misuse of our products, or requests containing unlawful, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate content.

PRICING

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated and may change without notice.

DIGITAL DELIVERY

Ready-made digital products may be made available electronically following purchase.

Personalized products require additional preparation and will be delivered electronically after customization is completed.

Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and maintaining access to the email account used when placing an order.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Because digital products cannot be physically returned, eligibility may differ from that of physical merchandise.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will become effective when posted on our website.
